2009:On a Sad Note

It’s been quite a while,
You haven’t returned & I never really tried.
How did it happened and happened why,
Was that my fate or your desire?

On that Dawn, Did our bodies met, or was that our Soul’s in unison?
I thought our relationship was bright & crimson, But I never realized it was like a dying fire.

You thought that it would never work,
Though Situation was Crystal clear from Day one,
You refused to take heed, and were ready to burn.
Though it’s you who took the jump but it is me who is getting the burns.
The moment of truth came a tad too late,
But impact is like a Tsunami wave.

Come on Yaar, shed your Ego,
There is nothing wrong in making things fall in place!
Just show me that tiny light,
I will make sure that our lives become bright.

It is very hard to imagine life without you.
You ought to have a reason, and valid too!
Otherwise, Connection will remain in place,
Burning me down in an enlightening way!
